“Forks Over Knives” is a  MUST SEE film for anyone interested in changing their health for the better.  The movie explores the idea that most peoples’ health and longevity will be improved if diet modifications are made. The film made and directed by independent film maker Lee Fulkerson, examines the careers of Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn and nutritional biochemist T. Colin Campbell, and the direction of nutrition they were pushing towards, namely- whole foods, raw foods, and vegetarian diets.  The elimination of meat from the diet would solve the problem of degenerative diseases, hypercholesterolemia, diabetes, cardiac problems, cancer, and so forth.   Other studies, such as “The China Study” are discussed.
